One of the most successful road racers of all time, The Rebel set records that stood for decades. http://msn.foxsports.com/speed/wp-co...1-1024x603.jpg A restored Amos Minter 1957 Ford Thunderbird was bought for $330,000. A stunning vehicle in Gunmetal Gray over red, it was equipped with the E Series dual 4-barrel carburetor setup and was one of only 4 percent of T-birds that year to be equipped with a manual transmission. http://pictures.topspeed.com/IMG/cro...-an_600x0w.jpg A 2014 COPO Camero drag race car (like the one above) sold for $700k on behalf of the Achilles Foundation of Freedom Team of Wounded Veterans. |
